Terrible customer service!

Do not play this game! I spent money on this game and put a couple of years building up my account. My account was stolen and the customer service said they would look into it. They asked me to supply proof that it was my account. I sent them my email address I used to set up the account and credit card statements. They said they would look into it. They didnt. I contacted them and asked what was going on. They said they dont keep information past a month or two months. Huh? So, I kept on them about getting my account back. They kept saying they would look into it. This has gone on for months. Finally, they said Im out of luck because I waited too long. I work on the road in the summer and dont have time to play the game like I do in the winter(seasonal job). I warning new players that if you want your hard earned money stolen, play this game. The staff will gladly take it and tell you to kick rocks. They are a poor excuse of a business. The sad part is they dont care what people think of them. This is a warning, dont play.
